General Visa Requirement Document:
- Completed visa application form and two passport-sized photos with a white background
- Original passport and photocopy with a minimum validity period of 6 (six) months from the date of arrival in Indonesia and have 2 blank pages.
- Invitation letter/guarantee from sponsor in Indonesia (for Business, Conference, Socio-Cultural, Family)
- Letter from the applicant stating the purpose of the visit and desired destination (for Tourists)
- Bank Statement with minimum USD 2000 (2 Lac) and original bank cheque and photocopy
- Ticket booking (confirmed ticket recommended)
- Hotel reservations/accommodation information (accommodation confirmation recommended)
- Travel insurance

Notes:
- The embassy will accept a maximum of 60 visa applications per day.
- Applications through travel agents can accommodate a maximum of 10 passports per appointment/day.
- The visa application process will take 7 to 10 working days.
- People from Travel Agencies/Agencies who submit documents for group travel must bring a Power of Attorney.
- There are no additional/extra costs.
